Therapy is a personal experience that varies for everyone. The number of sessions and the time spent engaging therapy depend on your personal needs and goals. Some people come seeking strategies to cope better with daily stressors, or to manage and reduce certain troubling symptoms. Others might want to delve into and understand life-long patterns or to have the ongoing support of a professional to talk things through. Whatever your reasons for starting therapy, our sessions will be tailored to support and help you in your unique situation. Knowing a bit about your preferences or restrictions upfront can help us plan the therapy effectively.
